Masterclass IA & Cybersécurité 2026 places the highest importance on the protection of your personal data. This policy describes the data we collect, the purposes for which it is processed, retention periods and your rights, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Ivorian law n°2013-450 on the protection of personal data.

We collect the following data:

  • Professional identification: last name, first name, role, organisation, industry, country.
  • Contact: professional email, phone (WhatsApp).
  • Registration data: number and identity of participants, stated needs.
  • Technical data (cookies): see our cookie policy.

Purposes

Your data is processed in order to:

  • Handle your registration request for the Summit.
  • Send you official confirmation and practical information.
  • Inform you, with your consent, of Summit news.
  • Improve the site (anonymised statistics).
  • Comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Legal bases

Processing is based on (i) your explicit consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), (ii) the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by you (registration), and (iii) compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Retention period

  • Registration data: 3 years after the Summit.
  • Newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn.
  • Non-essential cookies: 13 months maximum.
  • Accounting data: 10 years, as required by law.

Recipients

Your data is strictly reserved for Masterclass IA & Cybersécurité 2026 operational teams and our technical processors (hosting, transactional email, analytics), who act on written instructions. No data is ever sold.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and Ivorian law, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to partnership@aissa-event.com with proof of identity. We will respond within 30 days.

If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications and ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI) or with the competent data protection authority in your country of residence.
