Getting to AISSA 2027
Where does AISSA 2027 take place?
In Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The exact venue will be confirmed after the Exhibition Park booking is signed.
Which airport?
Félix-Houphouët-Boigny Airport (ABJ), roughly 30 min from downtown.
Are shuttles provided?
A shuttle service between partner hotels and the summit venue will be communicated in 2027.
Staying in Abidjan
Does AISSA offer accommodation?
No, AISSA does not offer accommodation. We recommend solutions near the summit venue.
Are there negotiated rates at partner hotels?
Hotel agreements may be signed as the summit takes shape. Information will be published on the site before ticketing opens.
Requirements for foreign delegations
Do I need a visa for Ivory Coast?
Ivory Coast offers an e-visa for most African and international nationalities, available online before departure. Institutional delegations benefit from dedicated support — write to partnership@aissa-event.com.
Do I need an official invitation?
Depending on your nationality and status. Contact partnership@aissa-event.com for any official invitation request.
Ticket categories and prices
How much is entry?
Ticketing will open progressively by category (visitor, exhibitor, sponsor, startup, student, press, institution). Prices will be published when ticketing opens.
Are there preferential rates?
Yes, dedicated rates are planned for students, early-stage startups, and institutional delegations from the six partner countries.
Applying to the competitions
Who can apply?
AISSA 2027 features four competitions: AI Hackathon, Cybersecurity Challenge, Startup Pitch and Student Challenge. Each has its own eligibility criteria — see the Competitions page.
When do applications open?
Application calendars will be communicated in 2027. Subscribe to the newsletter to be alerted first.
Are there prizes?
Yes. Prize amounts and formats will be confirmed in 2027.
